Is it officially posted anywhere that the working hour for ACTI members is now 10hr instead of 9hr. that means we are going to charge 10 hours in Myte now?

Correct Bro... policy ke name pe Employee ko exploit kre hai ki 9+1 hr hai jbki client side se same shift mai jo kaam krte hai voh 9hr total work krte hai including 1hr ko official break.

The standard shift time is 8:30Am to 5:30pm And in Myte you charge 9hr, then how it is 9+1hr .
