At what CTC did you finally stop looking at prices on a menu? Drop your city and the number.

Mumbai, 20LPA is when I stopped worrying about restaurant items (unless it's like a 5 star or a very expensive restaurant)

It doesn't depend on CTC alone. It depends on Debt and dependents also.

It directly depends on CTC.
Debt and dependents are just expenses from the CTC. So your answer would be (CTC+debt+dependents)
So there must exist a CTC where you stop worrying about this, and that's what OP is asking I think.

At 40lpa, Depends which restaurant. If it's a local dosa idli shop I don't care too much about the prices.
If it's alcohol or a more expensive restaurant I'll definitely look at the prices.
Even if i have unlimited money I'll look at the prices.

He's not asking in a literal sense, he's asking more like if price influences your decision to buy or not buy a dish at a more expensive restaurant.
So would you switch to dal makhani from paneer tikka masala after looking at prices when you really wanted to eat paneer tikka masala

For me , when I had 8 LPA I used to buy whatever I like , but now with 4x , I still don't buy those things due to responsibility

How much time it took to move from 8 to 32

I don’t know about the majority, but I have a very close social circle and most of them makes a decent living neither luxurious nor below line and that’s what we labeled as middle class.
Our childhood upbringing actually affects our spendings throughout the life time and this happens with 70-75% of people. Even you make more than 200k a month, there is a certain point in which your eyes elude your earnings and tends towards your spending’s. That’s not only a theory of dynamics but also a personal experience.
