At TCS, new parents can work from home till their baby turns 1 year old. I’ve been utilizing this policy for the past 7 months.

I hope everyone is aware of this. It truly makes a difference!

Damnn!! I was forced to work from office and given only 2months as a father....that was he'll of a time when I was travelling to home town every week!!

This is there in the Work From Office Exception Policy document in Ultimatix. My manager/HR hadn’t informed me—I came across it myself and requested it.

The policy is for 6 months until baby turns 1 year. But HR makes it difficult even to avail this 6 months citing reasons like if exception can be given only in case of medical issues etc.
