Can someone pls help me. Leaving TCS seems like leaving the safety net forever as I can never come back pertaining to it's re-hire policy.
I will definitely need to switch again to increase my salary, as HCL doesn’t seem to give good hikes. Although I'm trying for counter offers, I'm finding it difficult to find the right direction. I also don't understand what the maximum expected CTC is that would still be safe.
See CTC is always about the compound game. You jump when you get a higher offer. You then leverage and jump when a better offer comes. Follow the three year rule after three years if you feel you are bored or getting complacent or too much in comfort zone then my friend its time to jump
Only way to stay relevant and achieve excellence is pushing yourself each time and going above and beyond for yourself not the org but yourself. Take the jump leverage other company offer and then jump.
You stay hesitant for too long someone else will bag it and you will be declared old and obsolete in no time in todays world.
After one of two years they will for sure pull you into management role where Salesforce not even required
If not same Salesforce work can be done by 25 or 20 lpa also
As of now they are not getting resources, so they are ready to move with you
If it is crossing 30. I will always recommend going to product based companies

I mean when on bench tcs me hmesha kafi safe feel hua. Baki ha ye h paisa toh tcs se zda Bahar h. Aur ye bat bhi apki Sach h aj ni toh Kal kch bhi ho skta h

You are not safe. You still haven't experienced the side of Tcs when it decides to make an employee quit.
Don't worry What if they fire you after 10 yrs. You will have earned in 10 yrs in HCLwhat TCS offers in 25 yrs. Why would you even worrry. Earn more save more retire early

Do not overthink the decision ,simply consider joining HCL. I have recently joined Wipro.lthough I was concerned about job security and other factors, after carefully checking all the advantages and disadvantages, I ultimately chose to join Wipro.
