Not at all. There is little scope of pay revision at this level unless there is level progression.

You are getting a far better compensation at CL9. At CL9 I have fixed of 19 LPA and VP of 5 LPA. The VP given is meaningless here. I have reached here after switching 3 companies. So you far better compensated.

Your pay is far better than mine. I am also at CL 9, my fixed pay is 18 LPA.

There is nothing like underpaid or over paid .If you are satisfied then that's it.For me it's 31LPA+ CTC for lvl 9.My yoe is just 6.10.If you can push it then push else simply switch.
