Trending @Accenture; At CL10 with 4.5 years of experience what is the standard fixed pay salary?

I got 14lpa fixed and 21%vp.. Am I being underpaid or not . Can anyone tell me what is the industry standard?

Overpaid. FYI accenture will give increament only when your CTC( Fixed + VP) < YOU *2

So based on that you won't get any hike till your Overall YOE is greater than 8.5
