At around 35 years of age, what should be average earning?

It's been almost a decade since I moved to Pune. Working in IT, having almost 10 years of experience put me here. Got married, had a kid. Bought a car, a couple of real estates and a decent investment portfolio. I think I did fine(avg). What about you? Please vote and comment on your investment portfolio as well.

Poll numbers are just fixed pay or all inclusive (fixed, variable, rsu, joining bonus bla bla)?

It's your earnings, not your CTC. Your salary + passive income if any (like rental property) + side business/freelancing. On an avg, how much you earn in a year needs to be considered.
