Trending @Accenture; Assume you have basic front end knowledge and 10yoe in IT industry.What to learn tk get higher pay in product based company? Whats trending?

I am not into math but into management roles. What do you all suggest one should learn to survive in IT industry without learning ML and stuffs? Any roadmap?

I’d suggest focusing on full-stack development (Angular/React + Node/.NET/Java/Python), along with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Also, add some understanding of system design, microservices, and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), these are key skills in product-based companies and pay really well right now.

Optional but valuable: explore GenAI APIs or LLM-based app integration, it’s hot in the market.

Is it possible to learn all these without the Math or machine learning background? I am procrastinating a LOT. I am not from Btech background
