I have 8+yoe in RPA mostly automation anywhere and UI path. My salary is 14lpa - 13.5 fixed. I have joined Cognizant some time back, planning on switching. How much hike should I ask for?

Do they really agree ? I guess 50% hike they give. I tried for Accenture, it's the worst. They are giving me just 30% hike on CTC. 😭
