Hi Team some people are saying promotion nomination is started. I have two queries someone please answer

  1. This is 2024 Q4 promotion or 2025 Q1 promotion

  2. Is nomination window is open for manager to initiate promotion

If you are eligible for promotion don't worry, then you will get auto promoted.

This is said by HR to my manager.

But when I asked about promotion HR said to check with manager. My manager told in go perform nomination is not opened

This is 2024 Q4 promotion only, as per GSD team they are considering 2023 Year end rating , if we consider this is Q1 2025 then 2024 Year end rating would be considered

From Q1 2025, 2024 Year end rating will be considered
