Hi I joined in August 2022 as PAT and got my billable project and working there up to May 2024 and last year's rating is 3 . I was released to the bench in May from my previous project and after 2 months of searching got my new project now completing my 2 years next month so I want to ask my new HM regarding this promotion or want to wait because I get to know that HM want to nominate for promotion please some one tell about this if you know whether I get my promotion in August itself or completing 2 years itself they have to nominate and promote.
