Trending @Cognizant; Associate Promotion?
I have a query regarding the Associate promotion. I received my PA promotion in April 2025, and my date of joining was March 2023. I will be completing three years with the organization this coming March. Since I have already met the 30-month eligibility criteria and have received the highest rating in the recent cycle, I would like to understand whether I am eligible for the Associate promotion and when I can expect it.
My friends who joined in March 2023 were already promoted this January. I joined in September 2023 and am waiting for the next cycle promotion. 30 months criteria is from DOJ not from last promotion.
Is this applicable for all roles like P role as well? Because I am also in the same boat, DOJ March 25 Got promoted in April’25 from P to PA and completed 3 years on Feb’25.
You can expect it sept 2027 30 months eligibility counts from the last promotion received.
