Trending @Cognizant; Associate-Level Hiring – Is There a Standard Probation Period?

In my offer letter, there is no mention of a probation period. However, I’ve heard that for Associate-level roles, there might be a default probation period for external hires. Does anyone know if this applies, and how I can confirm it with HR?
