Hi All, I was eligible to nominate the bridge program and I have nominated this time for the Associate Consultant Job role. Please can anybody tell me the whole process from certification to the end of the program including selection process, compensation, duration of the trainings etc

Its pretty basic process actually. Here is how it goes:

You get 2 phases of training, one is generic and one is stream. During generic training you are still part of existing project and your release date will be 60 days from the date you get the email. You watch lex videos, complete certifications (several) and then your generic training will have a final assessment. It constitutes 30% weightage in overall score.

Secondly, you start with stream training which is basically a classroom session over webex and you learn about trending technologies of the unit you are assigned to. Best part is, you are pulled out of your previous project and focus on the training only without any other headache. At the end you give one assessment weighing 50% of the total score.

Lastly, you have a group assessment weighing 20% score, which is not difficult at all.

Post training ends, you get allocated to a project in domain you are trained.

You keep on wishing your role change will happen soon, but it will take months (so calm down) 😭.
