Assistance required | Accenture DOS

I work in TCS and got an offer from Accenture. Standard notice period of TCS is 90 days but Accenture has released an offer to join in 60 days as they have urgent requirement.

Will Accenture extend my DOJ ?

Accenture will extend, after 2 weeks email and call hr stating u couldn't get an early release and request kindly politely. Hr will extend. Don't worry about it

Negotiate in TCS. if not convince Accenture to wait for one month more. If TCS demands notice period shortfall payment ask to Accenture to sponsor buy out. Terms should have been negotiated by this time.
