Trending @Cognizant; Assets submission

Hi everyone, do we need to submit assets on our base location which only which is displayed in teams or can we submit in any cognizant office. Do we need to submit all the assets like headset keyboard and as well or just the laptop and charger. Please respond as this is very urgent.
