Asset submission after LWD
Hi All,
I need a little help on the below matter. I gave my resignation last monday while on leave and last Friday I received an email from HR that it will be my last working day and need to submit the assets this week. They have waived off my notice period. But there is no communication after that. I have both TCS laptop and client laptop with me. Can anyone pls guide me to whom I should submit those? I am from Chennai and we have so many TCS offices here. Not sure to which office I should submit those. Also, by when shall I receive my releiving and experience letter? I have emailed HR from my personal Id.. But there is no reply. My TCS accounts are blocked as of LWD.
Why was notice period waved off? Weren't you part of active assignment?
I believe you aren't telling the full story. Abruptly HR can't say that day itself is the last day.
You should have submitted the asset on Saturday itself and your seperation officer should have contacted you.
As mentioned, I was already on earned leave and was about to start leave without pay for child care from mid of may which was already approved by project. Hence I had requested for an early release.
How I can get early release from project I have resigned from the tcs and I have even requested for np buy out but they are not allowing what I can do in this case
