My base location is Hyderabad. I have raised a decommission request for my laptop and since its last location is cdc2 I received mail to visit cdc2 to submit it. How can i submit it here in Hyderabad?

You can send it via courier i belive

There will be a DHL hub . Find the nearest one for you and submit there and get the receipt

where to deposit ID card

You have to courier it to cdc2. You can get detail of courier facility from tech support team. Have to share the courier receipt with the team.
