Trending @Accenture; Asset Recovery deducted from FNF after submitting laptop

I had returned my laptop on my last working day to the DHL hub in my city, since my laptop belonged to a different location. However, they have still deducted 50k from my F&F citing Asset Recovery. Even though the laptop reached the location before my FnF came. I have sent emails to the IT Asset team, Exit Management team and Payroll team but received no response. Now I’m stuck in this fix. Any suggestions as to what can be done?
