Asset allocation timeline

Hi everyone,

I have joined on 5 Mar, and i still didn't receive any asset. I have been given a SWON/WON on 12 Mar, and my manager asked me to follow up with my onboarding POC to know when the asset will be given. I have emailed several times but he doesn't respond.

Did anyone receive asset recently, can you tell me how many days it took and if there is any process that we have to do?
