Trending @Cognizant; Assest ordered issue

Hi everyone, i hand ordered my laptop charger before 1 months asked to home delivery since I'm not stay in my office location.

I'm in wfh currently those guys asking to come to office and collect.

But unfortunately my charger is working back..

So if I regret going to office will it be an issue for me to book in future. Or it will get escalated or I'm not be able to book in future?

Pls tell me if somebody came across this kind of issues.
