Trending @Capgemini; Asking to use leave for Sapience less than a hour

I received a mail stating that my working hour is showing less than 1 hour for 2 days. Out of which 1 day I was in office for than 3 hours and the other day I was working remotely. I showed them that I was present in office that day and since I am on bench I was doing some courses on udemy. I am not sure why Sapience didn’t captured that but they didn’t listen and asked to use leave for those 2 days. I am not sure what they are tracking overall😩
