Trending @Accenture; Asking questions here as the HR seems to be too busy to answer these questions of mine.

I joined Accenture as a level 10.2 in March 2024.

1- When will I be receiving my bonus/variable income?

2 - I referred a friend and she’s started working from August 2024 as CL 11, when do I get the referral money for the same and how much do I get?

3 - When will I be eligible for a promotion and level up here? Say if the deal I am in doesn’t have a requirement for a senior position of manager but I’m due for a promotion what is done in such a case?

4 - When will I get an increment and how much % can I expect?

5 - if the deal is not arranging for transport, aren’t they supposed to reimburse the money for transportation I have done in case I am travelling to the office for collection of laptop or any official work?

Your referral needs to work for 6months before you get the referral bonus
I would suggest speaking with your CC,but you have just joined so get to know your team and work before bringing it up
Joiners before April get an increment same year, but since you're a new joiner it would be the minimum for your MU
No transport reimbursement unless your PM mentions about it
