Asking for release from the project since joined1.5 years back
Hi Friends,
Currently I am working on a support project. Manager and TL have given false commitment for the roles and responsibilities based on my skills but somehow I'm working on it just because of WFH. I keep asking them to release me from the project since I joined. I am very serious about my future growth as I am not getting even 10% of work as per my AWS and Linux skills. But now they are planning me to release from the project as they have found one replacement and onboarded him on the project.
Is it right to get out of such a project? Pls provide your suggestions.
No it is not the right time, people are getting mental tension by not receiving the calls from the project
I was too in a same situation. Just last Friday I told my TL not to release me I will continue. And she was ok with it.
Actually, I'm a billable resource for them for a particular project that is almost over in this month now they are telling me that you will be getting released by next to next week.
Don't ask bro. Wait for 6 months atleast.
Don't take the release now brother just wait for sometime
