Asking for Release from the project
Hi, I want to release from my project and for this I already talk with my immediate supervisor, and my supervisor said release is not possible and if you want release from the project you need to answer the HR like why you want to release from project and all..
Can someone please help me like how to release from the current project?

Just start giving your 10% only, your manager will release you himself. I saw 2 to 3 team members in my team who followed the same and got released.

Stop wasting time. Escalate to HR with a clear, documented reason. If they still refuse, consider resignation. Drastic, but sometimes necessary.
