Asking for feedback at the end of a tech interview.

I've observed that when we ask for feedback, the interviewer feel compelled to point out some negatives/something to work upon.. and that's the emotions they are leaving with - the negative ones. Which subconsciously does impact the feedback they move forward.

Instead utilize that time to leave a positive impression with a positive environment - super critical important. The interviewer will feel good and that will reflect in the feedback.
