Asking for career advice?

Hi I am having 5 years of experience in GW Policycenter, but still stuck at 8 lpa giving some interviews also got offers also but only of 11 lpa and 12 lpa, should change my tech stack, I want to earn more like break this salary barrier, which tech stack is good or should I prepare for sde roles , is that only way?
