Asking for Advise

I am a Bcom(h) + CMA Inter Qualified and currently preparing for Finals. I am looking to gain experience in Tax,Internal audit and other finance areas but currently I am not able to see any recruitment for freshers. I am looking for Associate or entry level positions in EY,PWC, Capegemini etc but not getting any luck. Can anyone guide? Are they not hiring currently?
