Asking appreciation mail from client for your work, does it violate tcoc for asking favours from client in the form of appreciation mail.

Not at all. Some clients may be vocal about your good work. At that time ask them discreetly that if they could send in an email it would help you for your performance appraisal and stuff. Be open. They completely understand that.

You know there is a process called CSAT that projects do every 6 months where we leadership goes begging to client for providing 100% CSAT score by blowing one's own trumpet. So nothing wrong. Go ahead but better ask them on a call instead of an email

Thanks for your response. Csat is crucial from project perspective. Can delivery head mail id be shared with the client/customer for appreciation mail

No but better tell them to provide a feedback mail rather then using the word appreciation. Mostly they will say positive only.
