Asking about Interview process doubts in Accenture

Accenture asked me to upload my PAN card( Front page), but after submitting it, I received the same request again after one hour, even though my previous submission showed as completed in my Accenture candidate profile. And I can't call the helpline no, It happened on Sat, anyone tell me something about it??
