Asked to move to Navi Mumbai

Hello guys, my office is moving to Navi Mumbai and since I travel from Virar I won't be able to travel every day. Now the founder suggests I take up a place on rent closer to office but I also want to spend time with family. Can you guys help me understand;

  1. What would be half way from Virar and Navi Mumbai?
  2. We are moving to Turbhe, do you think I'll get a good 1BHK under 20-25k

Yes. Turbhe line is cheaper as compared to Panvel. You will get a lot of options in budget
