It depends on a lot of factors, the kind of employees getting released, project types, and more stuff. So this just gives a hypothetical gist of things. Would suggest waiting for the storm to settle. It takes time to materialise

TCS is not high paying company still it's revenue per employee is below 50k while Infosys has 60k.
