Ashamed of being a TCSer #rant
Totally disgusted by the peers at office. No one is motivated enough. No one wants to upskill or get better at their job. All are lazy people who just come and sit like leeches. No motivation to advance in their career whatsoever. Senior employees keep asking me help on technical issues. Feels like I'm at the wrong place. I should've switched earlier itself. Its 3 years now since june 2021. I'm applying at other companies and want to leave this hell asap.
Are you a lateral joinee? And most of your colleagues are from which level? Junior or senior?
Bro If you are so disgusted, better leave from here at the earliest. It's your mistake to come to service based at the starting of your career. But you don't have any option except this.
Don't ever think that seniors doesn't know anything.
It's the one who selected you and given job.
Seniors have seen all the years and they know how to survive in the industry.
When you become senior, you will do the same way.
When you don't have job, you feel this as a TEMPLE and when you see some experience and money, You feel it as a HELL.
All the companies will be one and the same. It's your responsibility to upskill your self and take good Projects.

Couldn't agree more...every company u go will have more or less same work culture. Try Big 4 ...they will make life hell...its like if they are paying more they own u. Politics will be same, everyone wants to show off their work
If you are ashamed of your choices then you have not learnt anything.. lf you are in a company like TCS and experienced are asking for your help then you should not hold back..do good be good..it's a challenge being in same company for years..do not underestimate anyone..below are options and do challenge yourself: 1.Upskill 2.Look for another project based on your new skills 3.Relocate

won't add any benefit but on the contrary in these tech days multi skill is always an asset
