Trending @Accenture; ASE Roll off

I am an ASE currently working in a support role project and want a roll off as there is zero growth and nothing is career oriented here. I am on this project since the last 7 months now and only last month I came to know that I was onboarded as a security cover in case anyone decides to leave the team so they'll need someone as a cover, and also they are fully considering me as a trainee resource. I have a feeling there isn't really anything in this project for me and want to leave. Please someone guide me what to do. 🥺
