Have all ASE's got promoted to Analyst who completed 2 years? And how much hike?
Even after lots of work and got recognised by project still after completing 2 years 4 months I don't got promotion bcos of my report lead. I have a discussion for 1 hr, I explained to him what I have done this year in sep discussion time. Now I don't got promotion. And I direct called my manager he was telling that ur report lead didn't discussed anything with me regarding ur promotion... Now tell me what's situation here. Even after doing my work 100% with out issue and on delivers still i didn't got promotion.
The same thing happened to me. My people lead didn't represent me at all in the discussion because he assigned my people lead recently. Today he called me and said I missed to represent you. Because of his mistake my base pay got affected. I am very unsatisfied this time.
Bad luck, same is my PL. The moment I ask him about regards he behaves as if I am I am asking for his property papers
I completed 2 years didn't received hike or promotion this cycle. And icing on top is reduced bonus 50% from last time well well well so happy😊😇
Yes they got promoted in my team with hike least from 5% to max 12.48%
