Could anyone please clarify whether an ASE (Associate Software Engineer) at level 12 who receives a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) in Accenture will have the opportunity to continue with the company by successfully clearing the PIP process, or is there a possibility of termination if the required performance improvements are not met?
It is a one month process where they will give cetain tasks for each week. You need to complete it on time. If you complete successfully fully all tasks you can continue with the company else you will receive termination

But My senior manager mentioned that once an ASE at level 12 is placed on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), they will be terminated directly without being assigned any further tasks. Could you please confirm if this is accurate?
