Trending @Wipro; As WFO started Want to confirm how much tenure managers can see employee wfo status e.g last 1 or 2month.

As WFO started people coming into offices & managers can track that employees are coming in offices or not. Want to confirm how much tenure they can see e.g last 1 month, 1 quarter or any particular time .

Can any manager or person who knows this can confirm?

Your reporting HR will have records. As your computer automatically logs “office attendance “ when you use office WiFi and your manager if required can request the details with C3 band or above approval

Okk.. thanks for the update but manager can view for last 1 month or even more? As we are able to see our attendance for last 1 month so assuming same for manager view.
