Trending @Cognizant; As soon as my manager released me in TMS i got a mail that my relaese request was rejected . BUT WHY.?

Same happened for me, had a word with PMO team and raised a release request again this time I got released and in bench.

It happens if you’re a PAT & haven’t yet completed 18 months since joining. So if it’s not yet 18 months, you cannot be released from a project once tagged

My manager told me he’ll going to release me in 31st may but I’ve not completed my 18 months in my current project so I’m not getting release right?

Yes due to lack of projects TSC leadership asking to use associates in same BAU for sometime if you put pressure with your internal PMO team they will intiate new release and notify your respective leadership team too, in my case second time it's 15 days to deployed in bench.

But I am an associate level and have completed 34 months .,however I have also co.pleted my PIP recently 1 week ago . DO yoi think that could have something to do with this or is it that Hr or TMS IS not allowing people to get into pools due to lack of projecys may be.?
