As per my understanding, the DSL (Diagnostic Session Layer) is supposed to handle response parameters like P2 and P2*. But in real project configurations, I’ve noticed these parameters are usually set in the DSP (Diagnostic Service Processing) instead. I’m curious to know – is there a specific reason behind this shift from DSL to DSP in practice? Would love to hear insights from others working with UDS and diagnostic stack configuration 🚗🔧
