Bonus 70k received 45200 for 4 star rating…more than 30%

For 31.5 %

Bonus is 84k received 58k. Very frustrated

Which grade are you? And what rating did you get?

30% tax + Cess (1.5%)

So you got 68.5% of bonus post Tax deduction

I got the bonus letter saying 54k but i received around 19k 🤷

If you have not submitted actual declarations, then they might have taxed you as per slab
