Well, if you agreed for the new compensation and decided to stay back, it only means that you got a super high hike and meets your expectations and even that too before March end!
Which also means that you have got an appraisal already.
Now anything above that would fall in the category of GREED! 🤪

The HR would have communicated when you got the new compensation. Most of the cases its no no if you get any revisions early before annual cycle.
