As I can see c3a and above levels not getting 100℅ variable even after having 100% wfo. So c3a and above guys can avoid going to office?

Appraisal is coming in Feb month. They are just waiting to give bad ratings to people. Nowadays they are even giving D bands and reducing salary.

If you feel the variable pay is lesser than which you are spending on travelling to office then better not to go office 😆

True, if the impact is only on variable pay then the amount we are getting is not even sufficient for petrol/travel expenses but management may keep the track and use it in appraisal / when needed just to show we are not compliant..

Yes, C3A and above levels are not getting 100% variable pay. But if the WFO is not above 85% and the variable pay amount will be zero.
