As I asked my HR for PiP, if I fail to clear my pip after 3 months then that will be my last working day and will be terminated.
I was simply targeted here even after working for 2.7 yrs relentlessly. Coz of office politics first I got D band then salary reduction to 11 ℅ ,getting even less than joining salary. Now they put me on PIP for terminating me. Now I cannot trust them they will simply tell I cannot see any improvement to terminate me. Should I resign before terminating me? Then in this case what will be my notice period? What should I do without job should I resign ?
After getting D band if you are stayed in tcs means you choose this life
If you resign now, your notice period will be 3 months as PIP outcome will still not be available till it's completion date. And by the time PIP is complete your last 5-10 days would be left till last working day. So they won't terminate you or anything. So, do resign if you feel strongly that PIP supervisor is not going to clear you.
I have seen people of 15 years working here has been forced to receive PIP and a huge cut in salary though after 15 years in TCS salary didn't cross 4.5 PLA as well. Now they are thinking about how the fake announced assurance of job security as Company used spread across this organisation can ruin once career.
Resign and do something meaningful
They have mentioned everything on mail ?
