Trending @Accenture; As anybody understood the changing in promotions cycle, they are saying December cycle is changed to June. So, what is expected in Dec 🫣

This for L8 or below, Upto L8 the promotion cycle will remain for this FY

Expect no promotions in December. Promotions will now be considered in June.

The purpose is to create unnecessary confusion so that people hope that if they are not getting promoted in Dec will be promoted next year in June. For S&C the promotions will be same as happened in mid year, means 2-3% hardly.
