As a young professional, what platform should I turn to for job switches?

I've joined the work force for just about a 3 quarters of a year, being a recent graduate. What are some reliable and effective platforms I can turn to in search of better opportunities?

LinkedIn doesn't seem like it'll be worth the while, given thousands of openings and lakhs of applications, it's too easy to get lost in the crowd.

Naukri seems very bs, based on the type of jobs they float.
