As a Software Tester, is it good in terms of career growth to switch from Capgemini to Infosys?

that's Lbs? or is it part of apps1? if it's apps1 then i guess it's still better than lbs or sogeti. CG wil soon hav stricker rules for tracking back to offlice . but apart from that i guess CG is ok. If u have a really good offer then go to infy.
