As a protest to layoff I've sold all my TCS shares.
I've sold 30 TCS shares which I bought in 2021 in loss. And I'm happy to see that it's going low day by day. I've done my part, what is your story to hit them back?

Bare minimum 9hours.. No weekend request.. no unnecessary interactions in the call.. no extra initiative.. Being selfish..
Focus on leaving ASAP.. It doesn't matter if things improve next month.. They have opened pandora's box..

I have vacated my flat in Hyderabad in May and since july1st i never went to office even a single day and wont go until October Hopefully and planning to give interviews and switch in December!

I'm planning to do the same. I'm honestly sick of them giving pennies in the name of variable just to spend even more than the variable pay to reach office. Sometimes I feel like resigning but then I'm scared of not being able to find a suitable role and in turn getting caught in the lay off wave.

India is a smallcap paradise, buy high growth smallcaps and not future uncertain companies like TCS

And the company forced me to vaccinate in order to sync with company policy for Covid .

I bought TCS shares in bulk
