As a product manager, do you have any "associate product manager" under you. What do you expect him/her to be aware and good at skills/tools

I personally expect him/her to be a fast learner above all. APM roles if done well can get you a lot of good product experience. It will involve more of operational work than thinking work maybe 70:30. Be open to learn Jira, PRD writing, analytics, lot of user research etc. Be open to pick up any work that comes along without judging it to be too small/not in JD/ego etc. your focus should be on gaining max learning.
