As a management graduate, what are the non techsectors I can explore in TCS

I joined the organisation in July 22 as a management trainee. After getting hike for the first anniversary, there is no information on hike given after second anniversary. Also I mailed out for release as the project I’m working on is of support. I am confused which sector should I opt here as my 2 years are almost wasted in working in support project. Worst management here!!
