So I Joined Accenture 3 Months Back...I am a Fresher Right Now.. I'm Undergoing the training As I am from the South I gave the Near Locations Like Hyd,Chennai and Bangalore as My preferred Location but I got On-boarded to Kolkata.. Now My Doubt Is After Completion of Training Can I get the projects from South? Will they ask for my preference? Suppose if I get south can I report from that Location directly without coming Back to Kolkata Again... After the Training Period Can we go Home? Will they Give us WFH till we get the project or else a Hybrid Mode.. If it is Hybrid it will be very difficult for me to travel as it is Nearly 2000kms far If we wanna relocate to the south Location How Many months will it take?
How Can I Know The Project Location Earlier? I Mean they will Not Reveal ig Will they Ask Me For My Preference
After training if u got any project calls from location which u don't want then tell them u r looking for projects in Bangalore or Chennai or hyd
